{"data":{"id":"us-me/30-a-m.r.s.-5107","jurisdiction":"us-me","citation":"30-A M.R.S. §5107","heading":"General neighborhood renewal plans","body":"Any authority authorized to perform planning work may prepare a general neighborhood renewal plan for urban renewal areas which are of such scope that urban renewal activities may have to be carried out in stages.  A general neighborhood renewal plan must conform to the comprehensive plan and the workable program of the municipality.\n1.  Contents of plan.  The plan may include, but is not limited to, a preliminary plan which:\nA.  Outlines the urban renewal activities proposed for the area involved;\nB.  Provides a framework for the preparation of urban renewal plans; and\nC.
