{"data":{"id":"us-me/32-m.r.s.-13793","jurisdiction":"us-me","citation":"32 M.R.S. §13793","heading":"Adulterating and selling drugs","body":"Whoever fraudulently adulterates, for the purpose of sale, any drug or medicine or sells any fraudulently adulterated drug or medicine, knowing the same to be adulterated, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than 11 months.
