{"data":{"id":"us-me/32-m.r.s.-2292","jurisdiction":"us-me","citation":"32 M.R.S. §2292","heading":"Active duty military personnel or military spouses","body":"An active duty military member or the military member's spouse shall designate a home state where the individual has a current license in good standing.  The individual may retain the home state designation during the period the service member is on active duty.
