The board shall issue a license to practice as an alcohol and drug counseling aide to an applicant who meets the following minimal requirements.  An applicant must:\nA.  Be at least 18 years of age;\nB.  Have a high school diploma or its equivalent;\nC.  Be employed at an agency;\nD.  Provide the name of the person who will be the applicant's certified clinical supervisor; and\nE.
