Except as provided in section 2155, subsection 1, the administrator may not sell or otherwise liquidate a security until one year after the administrator receives the security.\n2.  Price of security.  The administrator may not sell a security listed on an established stock exchange for less than the price prevailing on the exchange at the time of sale.
