The verified report must:\n1.  Reportable property.  State whether the person is holding property reportable under this Act;\n2.  Describe property.  Describe property not previously reported or about which the administrator has inquired;\n3.  Specifically identify disputed property.  Specifically identify property described under subsection 2 about which there is a dispute whether it is reportable under this Act; and\n4.  Amount or value.
