The following sections of chapter 11:\nA.  Section 1101 relating to authorization; and\nB.  Section 1103 relating to transfer of utility stock;\n3.  Procedure.  The following sections of chapter 13:\nA.  Section 1302 relating to complaints; and\nB.  Section 1303 relating to investigations; and\n4.  Telephone lines.  The following sections of chapter 79:\nA.
