Total weight.  The total weight of municipal solid waste accepted by the facility during the previous 12 months by material category;\n2.  Recycled weight.  The weight of the municipal solid waste recycled by the facility during the previous 12 months by material category;\n3.  Material-separated, refuse-derived fuel production.  The weight of material-separated, refuse-derived fuel produced by the facility during the previous 12 months; and\n4.  Disposition of remaining waste.
