Cleaning sprays.  CFC cleaning sprays for noncommercial or nonindustrial usage in cleaning electronic and photographic equipment;\n2.  Fire extinguishers.  Hand-held halon fire extinguishers for residential use; and\n3.  Party streamers and noisemakers.
