Agency.  \"Agency\" means the following:\nA.  The Department of Agriculture, Conservation and Forestry;\nB.  The Department of Corrections;\nC.  The Department of Economic and Community Development;\nD.  The Department of Education;\nE.  The Department of Environmental Protection;\nF.  The Department of Health and Human Services;\nG.  The Department of Inland Fisheries and Wildlife;\nH.  The Department of Labor;\nI.  The Department of Public Safety;\nJ.  The Department of Administrative and Financial Services;\nK.  The Department of Professional and Financial Regulation;\nL.  The Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management;\nM.  The Department of Marine Resources;\nN.  The Department of Transportation;\nO.  The Office of the Public Advocate; and\nP.  The Public Utilities Commission.\n2.
