The Chief Procurement Officer shall notify a petitioner of a final agency action made under this subchapter in writing within 7 days of the final agency action.  Notification of final agency action must include:\n1.  Complaint.  A brief summary of the nature of the petitioner's appeal;\n2.  Decision.  Notification of the decision of the appeal committee;\n3.  Reasons.  An explanation of the reasons for the decision; and\n4.  Right to judicial review.
