After notice of the establishment of grades or standards and the determination of brands, labels or trademarks, a person may not use a brand, label or trademark to identify farm products and sardines as being of a grade established before a permit is granted or after the revocation of the right to use such brand, label or trademark by the commissioner.\n2.  Penalty.  The following penalties apply to violations of this section.\nA.  A person who violates subsection 1 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $50 may be adjudged.\nB.
