A person, firm or corporation may not violate this subchapter or a rule adopted pursuant to this subchapter.\n2.  Penalty.  The following penalties apply to violations of this section.\nA.  A person who violates subsection 1 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $100 may be adjudged.\nB.  A person who violates subsection 1 after having previously violated subsection 1 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $200 may be adjudged.\n3.  Application.
