In administering and enforcing this chapter, the director may:\nA.  Pursuant to section 1103, issue or deny any application and limit, restrict, suspend or revoke any license issued under this chapter;\nB.  Review reports of the investigation and qualifications of an applicant before a license is issued;\nC.  Prescribe the manner for the collection of all license fees and revenues under this chapter;\nD.  Adopt rules the director determines necessary to administer this chapter;\nE.  Investigate complaints regarding the conduct of fantasy contests in violation of this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter;\nF.  Impose sanctions, penalties and costs of investigation and hearing against an applicant or licensee for violation of this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter;\nG.  Review and approve each platform for compliance with the provisions of this chapter and rules adopted pursuant to this chapter; and\nH.
