A person, firm, corporation or association or an agent or employee of one of those entities may not violate this chapter or a rule adopted pursuant to this chapter.\n2.  Penalty.  For each violation of this chapter or any rule adopted pursuant to this chapter, the director may:\nA.  Impose a fine of up to $1,000 per violation; or\nB.
