An operator shall adopt comprehensive house rules for game play governing Internet gaming transactions with its patrons.  House rules must be approved by the director prior to implementation and meet the minimum standards established by the director by rule, including but not limited to requiring that the house rules specify the amounts to be paid on winning wagers, the circumstances under which the operator will void a wager and treatment of errors, late wagers and related contingencies.\n2.  Advertisement of house rules.
