A person may not possess or have under that person's control fireworks.\n2.  Value does not exceed $100.  If the value of the fireworks does not exceed $100, a person who violates subsection 1 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not more than $50 may be adjudged.\n3.  Value exceeds $100.  If the value of the fireworks exceeds $100, a person who violates subsection 1 commits a Class E crime.\n4.  Exception.
