The following are grounds for denial, suspension or revocation of a permit:\n1.  Incomplete.  The application or a document filed with the application is incomplete;\n2.  Misstatement.  The application or a document filed with the application contains a material misstatement;\n3.  Site inspection.  The site fails to pass an inspection conducted by the department pursuant to section 227‑A; or\n4.  Failure to employ or use fireworks technician.
