Laws § 108.2","heading":"Board of public works; officers, election, duties; quorum.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nSaid board shall, within 10 days after their first appointment and annually thereafter during the month of May, organize and elect 1 of their number president. A majority of the board shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business. The city clerk shall be ex officio clerk of said board, but shall have no vote therein.
