Laws § 110.24","heading":"Moneys; drawing upon exhausted funds; warrants on such funds declared void.","body":"Sec. 24.\n\nNo warrant shall be drawn upon the treasury, after the fund from which it should be paid has been exhausted; nor when the liabilities outstanding, and previously incurred and payable from such fund, are sufficient to exhaust it.
