Laws § 119.55","heading":"Board of commissioners; meetings; organization; employes.","body":"Sec. 5.\n\nThe commissioners shall hold a meeting within 1 month after their selection, on the call of the chairman of the board of supervisors of the most populous county of the metropolitan district, at such time and place as he may designate. Such meeting shall elect a chairman, who must be a member of the board of commissioners, and a secretary and a treasurer, who need not be members.
