Laws § 121.22","heading":"Authority; acquisition of water supply and transmission system, condemnation.","body":"Sec. 22.\n\nThe authority may acquire property for a water supply and transmission system by purchase, construction, lease, gift, devise or condemnation, either within or without its corporate limits, and may hold, manage, control, sell, exchange or lease such property.
