Laws § 123.304","heading":"Authority; acquisition, management, sale or lease of land; condemnation.","body":"Sec. 4.\n\nFor the purposes of its incorporation, the authority may acquire private property by purchase, lease, gift, devise or condemnation, either within or without its corporate limits, and may hold, manage, control, sell, exchange or lease such property.
