Laws § 123.643","heading":"Intercounty study committee; expenses.","body":"Sec. 3.\n\nFor the purpose of providing funds to meet the expenses of the supervisors' intercounty committee, the member county boards of supervisors, by resolution, may authorize the allocation of county funds for such purpose.
