Laws § 123.645","heading":"Intercounty study committee; gifts and grants from governmental units and from private sources; approval.","body":"Sec. 5.\n\nThe supervisors' intercounty committee may apply for and accept gifts, contributions and grants from the federal government, state government and local governments, also from private individuals, foundations or agencies, if the grants are made for furtherance of the objectives for which the committee is established.
