Laws § 123.651","heading":"Exhibition areas for display of commercial, industrial, and agricultural products.","body":"Sec. 1.\n\nAny city may acquire, construct, improve, enlarge, extend and operate, within or without its corporate limits, exhibition areas for the display of commercial, industrial and agricultural products and parking facilities used in connection therewith. Such exhibition areas shall include all necessary real or personal property used or useful in connection therewith and including, but not by way of limitation, exhibition buildings, community buildings, stadiums, auditoriums, arenas, convention halls, recreational facilities and parking facilities used in connection therewith. Such facilities at any one location may be operated independently or jointly with those at one or more other locations.
