Laws § 124.284b","heading":"Violation of rule or regulation; civil fine.","body":"Sec. 4b.\n\nExcept as otherwise provided in this act, the authority may prescribe a civil fine not to exceed $1,000.00 for the violation of a rule or regulation adopted and promulgated under this act. If a civil fine is prescribed, it shall be prescribed in the rule or regulation.
