Laws § 124.725","heading":"Membership; compensation; expenses; annual budget.","body":"Sec. 75.\n\nMetropolitan arts council members shall serve without compensation but upon approval of a majority of delegates serving may be reimbursed for actual and necessary expenses incurred in the performance of the council's official duties.\n\nA metropolitan arts council shall prepare annually a budget that provides as a separate account anticipated expenditures for per diem compensation and expense reimbursement for the chairperson and other council delegates.
