Laws § 125.1222","heading":"Definitions.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nAs used in this act:\n\n\"Division\" means the division of minority business enterprise.\n\n\"Department\" means the department of commerce.\n\n\"Minority business enterprise\" means a business enterprise that is owned or controlled solely by 1 or more socially or economically disadvantaged persons.
