Laws § 125.1455","heading":"Low and moderate income housing; rights of persons or families benefited.","body":"Sec. 55.\n\nThe authority shall provide that low income families or persons benefiting under this chapter shall have the same rights, privileges and duties as other residents, except that no member of a cooperative, upon the resale of his membership in the cooperative, shall be reimbursed for any equity increment accumulated as a result of payments under this chapter.
