Laws § 125.1518","heading":"Filing claim of appeal or petition to review.","body":"Sec. 18.\n\nAn appeal pursuant to Act No. 306 of the Public Acts of 1969, as amended, from a decision of the commission or a board, following an appeal from a decision of a board of appeals or enforcing agency shall be made by a claim of appeal filed with the court of appeals.
