Laws § 125.2088","heading":"Legislative findings; intent; scope of activities.","body":"Sec. 88.\n\n(1) The legislature finds and declares that the activities authorized under this chapter to encourage diversification of the economy and the creation of jobs in this state are a public purpose and of paramount concern in the interest of the health, safety, and general welfare of the citizens of this state.
