Laws § 125.2205","heading":"Ordinance or resolution establishing authority; filing; publication.","body":"Sec. 5.\n\nAfter the public hearing, if the township board intends to proceed with the establishment of the authority, it shall adopt, by majority vote of its members, an ordinance or resolution establishing the authority.
