Laws § 125.2215","heading":"Rehabilitation plan; preparation; contents.","body":"Sec. 15.\n\nIf a board decides to finance the rehabilitation of the resort district by the use of revenue bonds as authorized in section 13 or 14, the board shall prepare a rehabilitation plan.\n\nThe rehabilitation plan shall contain all of the following:\n\nThe designation of boundaries of the resort district in relation to highways, streets, streams, or otherwise.\n\nThe location and extent of existing roads, sewers, and drains within the resort district.\n\nA description of existing improvements in the resort district to be demolished, repaired, or altered, a description of any repairs and alterations, and an estimate of the time required for completion.\n\nThe location, extent, character, and estimated cost of the improvements including rehabilitation contemplated for the resort district and an estimate of the time required for completion.\n\nA statement of the construction or stages of construction planned, and the estimated time of completion of each stage.\n\nA description of desired changes in streets, street levels, intersections, and utilities.\n\nAn estimate of the cost of the rehabilitation with a statement of the proposed method of financing the rehabilitation and the ability of the authority to arrange the financing.\n\nOther material which the authority, local public agency, or township board considers pertinent.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 125","Act Act-59-of-1986"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-125-2215","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"1397bcdefffbb228d42409511515c860a09a083395e047b9674a503f83257dfb","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-125.2214","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-125.2216"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
