Laws § 125.2587","heading":"Proceedings under powers of eminent domain; taking and transfer of property; terms and conditions.","body":"Sec. 27.\n\nIn order to accomplish the purposes of this act, a municipality may institute and prosecute proceedings under its powers of eminent domain in accordance with state law or local charter.
