Laws § 125.2952","heading":"Legislative findings; declaration.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nThe legislature of this state finds and declares that there exists in this state the continuing need for programs to encourage economic development and investment, job creation and job retention, and ancillary economic growth in this state.
