Laws § 125.771","heading":"Definitions.","body":"Sec. 1.\n\nAs used in this act:\n\n\"Mobile home\" means a factory assembled portable structure designed or used for year-round residence purposes, designed and built to be towed on its own chassis, connected to utilities, and installed on a homesite with or without a permanent foundation. A structure may contain parts that may be folded, collapsed, or telescoped when being towed, and expanded later to provide additional cubic capacity.
