Laws § 125.808","heading":"Project application; contents.","body":"Sec. 8.\n\nA neighborhood organization requesting project approval shall submit a project application to the director. The application shall include the following:\n\nProof and certification that:\n\nThe neighborhood meets the criteria established in section 7.\n\nThe organization meets the definition of neighborhood organization as provided in section 5.\n\nA detailed project work plan including:\n\nAn assessment of the needs and objectives being addressed by the project.\n\nA description of how the project will meet the stated objectives.\n\nLetters of commitment from participating business firms, if any.\n\nOther project details as required by the director.\n\nA detailed project budget including:\n\nTotal project cost.\n\nProject expenses by category of expense item.\n\nBusiness contributions to the project cost.\n\nJustification of administrative costs.\n\nOther budget details as required by the director.\n\nA project application may be for a project life of more than 1 year.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 125","Act Act-56-of-1980"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-125-808","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"e3799788cfcb80ff13d2e85ce096524b5c567758305e0b1f56129a9826d9e18d","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-125.807","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-125.809"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
