Laws § 125.948","heading":"Neighborhood areas in municipalities; modification of plan, hearing.","body":"Sec. 8.\n\nIf previous to the sale or exchange of any real property in the neighborhood area the legislative body desires to modify the betterment plan, it shall hold a public hearing thereon, notice of such hearing to be given as provided in section 3 of this act.
