Laws § 14.134","heading":"Action by attorney general; settlement and compromise of claims and accounts.","body":"Sec. 4.\n\nFor the purpose of carrying out this act, the attorney general may bring actions and the collection department may settle and compromise claims and accounts and receive and issue receipts for collections and payments subject to the supervisory control of the state administrative board.
