Laws § 141.1302","heading":"Redistribution of federal payments; purposes; ratio; apportionment of money among local school districts and townships.","body":"Sec. 2.\n\nA county that receives a payment under section 33 of title III of the Bankhead-Jones farm tenant act, 7 U.S.C. 1012, shall redistribute that payment in a ratio of 75% to local school districts for school purposes and 25% to townships for the improvement of county roads within those townships.
