Laws § 141.73","heading":"Notice of election; posting.","body":"Sec. 3.\n\nIt shall be the duty of the township clerk or chairman of the board of election inspectors, upon receipt of the notice herein required, to give notice in writing under his hand of the time and place when such question will be submitted to the electors.
