Laws § 16.493","heading":"Commission; chairman; duties; meetings; committees.","body":"Sec. 393.\n\nA chairman shall be selected by the governor whose duty shall be that of calling meetings of the commission at least quarterly but not oftener than 12 times a year, and presiding over such meetings.
