Laws § 168.561a","heading":"Official ballots; designation of candidate with same given and surname as incumbent.","body":"Sec. 561a.\n\nIn any primary election whenever any candidate for public office has the same given and surname as the name of the person last elected to such office, when the person last elected is not seeking renomination, below the name of said candidate on the ballot shall appear the words \"not the present .................\" and in said space shall be printed the title of the office sought.
