Laws § 168.61","heading":"Governor and lieutenant governor; certificate of determination by board of state canvassers.","body":"Sec. 61.\n\nThe board of state canvassers shall determine which candidates for governor and lieutenant governor have received the greatest number of votes and shall declare such candidates to be duly elected.
