Laws § 168.740","heading":"Voting; ballots, spoiling.","body":"Sec. 740.\n\nIf any elector inadvertently spoils a ballot, he shall return all of the ballots given him to the board, and said board shall deliver to him another ballot or set of ballots, all bearing the same number.
