Laws § 18.428","heading":"Grant award; records of revenues and expenditures; funds received from Michigan justice training fund.","body":"Sec. 8.\n\n(1) A grantee receiving a grant award as provided in this act shall maintain records of grant revenues and expenditures separate from other funding sources.\n\n(2) A grantee receiving a grant award as provided in this act shall report to the commission all expenditures of funds received from the Michigan justice training fund, in a manner and at intervals prescribed by the commission.
