Laws § 205.248","heading":"Probate court; notice of certain information to department.","body":"Sec. 48.\n\nUpon the request of the department each probate court of this state, on or before the tenth day of every month, shall notify the department of the names of all decedents; the names and addresses of the respective personal representatives appointed; the amount of the bonds, if any, required by the court; and the probable value of the estates, in all estates of decedents whose wills have been probated or upon which letters of authority have been sought or granted during the preceding month.
