Laws § 207.1093","heading":"Blender's license; fee; filing; report; waiver.","body":"Sec. 93.\n\nIn order to operate as a blender in this state, a person shall obtain a blender's license.\n\nThe fee for a blender's license is $100.00.\n\nA blender shall file with the department on forms or in a format prescribed by the department a monthly report containing the information the department requires as reasonably necessary for the department to determine the amount of tax due.\n\nThe department may waive the licensing or reporting requirements described in this section if it determines that either or both are not needed to administer this act.","path":["MI Code","Chapter 207","Act Act-403-of-2000"],"source_url":"https://www.legislature.mi.gov/Laws/MCL?objectName=mcl-207-1093","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:31Z","sha256":"1fd50f306de81a2f0b59cf9609bc56ca0bbba2b0dd7a5a94372e7617a9b083ae","source_id":"us-mi","stale":false,"prev":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-207.1092","next":"us-mi/mich.-comp.-laws-207.1094"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
