Laws § 207.711","heading":"Annual valuation of facility; duties of assessor.","body":"Sec. 11.\n\nThe assessor of a local governmental unit in which is located a facility for which 1 or more certificates are in force shall annually determine the value, as of December 31, of each facility separately, of both real and personal property.
